Layered Rainbow Ocean Blue Princess Fairy Dress

Our layered dresses feature a handkerchief style skirt with a layer of hand dyed rainbow lace overlay. The bodice is 100% cotton for comfort and has some stretch allowing for growth. The seagrass green has a purple scalloped elastic neckline and features a purple flower on the front.
