Gypsy Dress Velvet Long Sleeve Purple

Our gypsy dress is made with  panne velvet which has a crushed appearance. It has some stretch allowing for growth and comfort with a  scalloped elastic neckline. The skirt has crochet lace at the waistline. There are  tassels added to the bottom of the dress to give it the perfect spin.
