The bodice is shirred to give a perfect fit and will stretch as they grow. It is decorated with sequins for a sparkly effect. The skirt has layers of petaled tulle in 2 shades of blue and is lined with a satin underskirt also has 3 satin flowers at the waist. The wings are attached to the back of the dress and are also decorated with sequins.
